What stays on your device
When you choose to save a stain plan, the selections (stain type, surface, timing and optional sofa cleaning code) are stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear saved plans from the tool at any time, or clear this website's storage in your browser settings.
What we don't collect
The app has no sign-in, advertising scripts, third-party analytics, forms or user-profiling APIs. It does not request your camera, contacts or location. It does not upload stain information, screenshots or downloaded plan images. Copy, share, print and PNG export are handled by your browser.
Necessary technical requests
Visiting any website necessarily sends a request to its host. Cloudflare Pages serves the site and may process standard technical request information under Cloudflare's own terms and policies. External source links leave Stain Solver only if you choose to open them. The site does not load third-party fonts, external images or tracking scripts.
Offline mode
If supported by your browser, a service worker saves core pages and tools after a successful visit. Saved pages may continue working offline; source websites need a connection. You can delete the site storage and service worker via browser settings. When a new version is deployed, cached app assets update on a subsequent visit while online.
Affiliate links
No affiliate links are included in this release. If shopping links are ever added, paid links should be clearly identified and should not alter cleaning guidance.
Important caveat
This is a household guidance tool, not a guarantee of fabric restoration. Follow the item's care label, the product manufacturer's directions, and professional advice for valuable or delicate materials.
